Al sinds juni werden twee B747-400's van KLM Cargo gehuurd door Martinair. 'Wij passen de vrachtfabriek op Schiphol aan, waarbij Martinair zich concentreert op de vrachtvluchten en wij als KLM op de belly- en combi capaciteit,' zei Wisbrun vanochtend op een conferentie van Air France en KLM Cargo.

KLM neemt afscheid van vrachtvliegtuigen
KLM hevelt vanaf het winterseizoen al haar vrachtvliegtuigen over naar dochter Martinair Cargo. Alle vier de B747-400 ERF's zullen dan door Martinair worden gevlogen, aldus topman Michael Wisbrun van AF-KL Cargo.
